I found the migration toolkit in the Downloads section in TASK, and attempting to start installing it, but the system won't let me unzip any files without a password. Has anyone else encountered this? Do we know what the password is? Am I not supposed to be doing this yet?

As stated in the download for the Toolkit:
The attachments in this Solution are password protected, and at this time the password is being made available only to the NextGen MAC (Member Advisory Committee) members that are alpha testing the toolkit and the v11 upgrade. A notice will be routed to all licensees when the Migration Toolkit is available for testing by all licensees.
