Vimeo OTT 1.0 Integration Released

I'm pleased to announce the release of our Vimeo OTT Tessitura Integration!

The Vimeo OTT Tessitura Integration gives your organization the key to providing digital content via your Vimeo OTT channel while managing the transactions and constituents in Tessitura. Our initial integration release focuses on the Vimeo OTT SVOD (subscription video on demand) product and creates a seamless way for you to manage constituent accounts and access via Tessitura. This integration is driven by the power of Tessitura constituencies, which can be linked to a ticket purchase, a membership or donation, or applied via our bulk management tools. The 1.0 release manages syncing accounts and SVOD product access into Tessitura, so your organization’s staff always know who has access and why — all automatically.

The integration includes the following front-end components:

• A custom screen to display the Vimeo OTT link (login) and product on constituent records
• A report to review Vimeo OTT account creation activity and troubleshoot accounts without email
• A HTML email template sample for communication to your patron

Requirements

• Tessitura Version 15.1.16 or higher
• Annual license for use
• Subscription to the Vimeo OTT plan (Growth or Enterprise level recommended). For details, see the Vimeo OTT website.
• The creation of a subscription product (SVOD) in Vimeo OTT
