We have released 7.39.1 to TNEW Sites which includes exciting new Mobile Opt-In functionality and the ability to upgrade to version 3.5 of Queue-It, plus a lot more. Please review the release notes for more details.
Mobile Opt-In TNEW now provides a much more robust method for not only capturing but clearly differentiating mobile phone numbers from other phone number types. With additional options to associate contact permissions and/or contact point purposes to allow patrons to opt-in to the communications, you can better manage and send communications to their mobile phone via a third-party SMS messaging service. You can also now configure the existing phone number field to be required, optional or hidden. For more information, please review the feature documentation in our help system.
Virtual Waiting Room – Queue-It version 3.5 now available With this release, Queue-It v3.5 will now be available to all of our TNEW members. While we are excited to support the new version of Queue-It, we recommend that you contact our support team at hello@tessituranetwork.com before upgrading to the new version to ensure everything is working as expected whether for your next onsale or virtual experience.
