Contactless N-Scan improvements and December Tessitura Update

Hi Everyone, 

We have two updates coming that I am sharing more information about today. 

N-Scan Contactless

First, we have an update coming to the N-Scan Contactless application. 

• It adds the ability to edit the messaging shown in the app to patrons when they scan, so that the default messaging can be overridden. 
• stability of the app has been improved after reports that the device would become unresponsive after a period of time during operation. This should now be resolved. 

Look for information about a Pop Up Skill Builder and the Product Announcement soon. 

December 2020 Tessitura Update (Service Pack)

We anticipate the December 2020 Tessitura update will be available the week of December 14 for you to install, or request via Hosting Services. There is only an update to 15.1 with this release, there is not a corresponding 15.0 update. The highlights include: 

• There is a new Tessitura Service endpoint in the REST API that allows organizations to mark attendance for events. This is useful for marking attendance to ticketed virtual events. 
• If you are part of a consortium, you can now have different settings for Credential emails for each member of the consortium. We recently did work to allow this for order confirmations, and that work has been extended to credential emails. 
• We've fixed a few important defects in this release, so please check the release notes for more detail once they are posted. 

Our next application update will be in February, due to the holidays in December.
