TNEW 7.38.0 Released! On Account Payment Balances, Zone Groups & Round-Up Donations

We have released 7.38.0 to TNEW Sites which includes 3 new features, several enhancements and a lot of defect fixes. 

Highlights of the 3 features are below, but please review the release notes to see everything included in the release!

Apply On Account Payment Balances on TNEW
With so many customers opting for transferring their returns or cancelled events to on account, we wanted to make it easy for your customers to apply those on account payment balances to online orders themselves. If you need to map specific on account payment methods to specific products, you can do that easily in the TNEW Admin Site. Please review the documentation in our help system for information on enabling this feature.

Zone Groups / Past Zones / Zone Display Options for Fixed/Super Packages
This long-awaited enhancement allows you to group long lists of zones to make it easier for customers to review options before drilling down to select an individual zone. For timed admissions, for instance, you can group all of the timed zones that before noon into a “morning” zone group. In addition, past zones can now be hidden for day-of events and the fixed/super package path now supports all zone display options (buttons, radio buttons and select lists). Checkout Donation Form now supports Round-Up Donations
Asking a customer to round-up their order to an even amount is an effective way to ask for small donations. You can also use the round-up donation feature to request customer to cover order processing fees. You can configure this option differently for orders that only include single ticket events or orders that contain packages. It works well with the existing functionality to allow a customer to either round-up or opt to enter a custom donation amount.
