Gated Digital Content for Virtual ExperiencesWe are excited to release this new feature in support of your strong interest in being able to offer a variety of virtual experiences online – whether that’s streaming or on-demand events, audio recordings, interactive classes, guided tours or wine-tasting events. Utilizing existing purchase path capabilities as the paywall and account management as access control, you can embed virtually any type of content in the new digital content area and also control when a patron can access the content based on either performance date or order date for both on-the-day access or a more rental-type model. SYOS Indicator for Not-For-Sale Seats (Physical Distancing) Clearly indicate to your patrons which seats in your venue are being used for physically distanced seating arrangements – seats that are physically present but are not for sale and will not be occupied. Using hold codes, this is easy to set up.
New Navigation Menu for Update Account & Interests PagesWe have finally folded in the Update Account Page and Interests Page into the new Account Management Navigation Menu design. We recommend enabling this first on your test TNEW site first, especially if you had previously customized the user interface of these pages via your HTML Template. To learn how to enable this updated design, please see the documentation in our help system.
Dynamic Payment Method Filtering for WindcaveIf you are looking to move to third-party hosted payments and need dynamic payment method filtering in order to support promotions or sponsorships with specific credit card companies, then you will want to check out this new feature.
