Hi everyone,
In the separate thread about addresses, we didn't hear a lot about seasonal addresses (one note from Levi early on in the thread). For those of you who use and rely on seasonal addresses in Tessitura today, how do you feel about the existing paradigm (checkboxes for each month plus the ability to have a specific start and end date)? Does this work for your business?
Thanks!
Andrew
The problem we have is how to best deal with customers who have a second address but might only be there specific weekends/days of the year and not necessarily on a regular basis. I suppose some situations can never be fully catered for, but for example, we have a customer in London who knows she will be at her Newcastle address on the weekends of the concerts she has booked. If the concert is cancelled and we send out a letter we would probably want to send it to her London address (but it would depend how many days in advance the cancellation happened!)
Katie.
I think the check boxes allow for flexibility. But should there needs to be some default settings for designating a primary mail, e-mail and phone contact, for those who choose not to operate at this level of detail.
