Is there a way patrons can check their gift card balances online instead of calling the ticket office? We currently have TNEW

There sure is a way that your patrons can check their gift card balances online! During the checkout process, on the Payment Page, there is an "Apply Gift Card section. Your patrons can enter their gift card number there '####-####' and click on 'Find My Gift Card'. That will then inform the of their balance and give them an opportunity to apply that balance to their order.

Thanks Christopher! We do have that on our TNEW site, but I was wondering if there is a way like many other businesses that a patron could log on and simply click on "check my balance" for their gift card without going through the purchase path. If not, it might be a good thing for Tessitura to add in the future!
