As we get ready to map over our solicitations to upgrade to v12, I would love to know the definitions and some examples of how some of you are using the following: Sol (Solicitation Solicitor), Wrk (Solicitation worker), Task, (solicitation task assignment), Cont (Contribution Solicitor), Act (Activity Host), RS (research entry researcher).
In addition, am I able to use a chicklet to select a person from my database to assign to these various activities OR do I have to create a list in the systems tables and then select from a drop down menu?
