Tessitura Web App in v12.1 and user security

Hi,

Sorry if I'm missing something fairly obvious, but I can't figure out how to ensure that the web app respects the same permissions for a login group as the client?  For example, I have a login group that only has access to a specific report and nothing else via the client.  For some reason when I log in via the web app as that user group, I am able to search for constituents, etc.

I do have a worker attached to my record, so I'm not sure if that's what's causing this to happen, but I would expect the user group security settings to still be obeyed?

Is this the expected behaviour?

Thanks,

Rathi

    Rathi,

This is a known defect with the Tessitura Web App, and will be fixed. So, this should (and will) work as you expect, after the fix.

    Thanks,

    David
