This is probably a message more targeted to a Network staff member. We are converting to V12 this Monday, the 19th. As my staff plays in our V12 test environment, I am realizing that new access has to be given to staff so they can use new functionality. Is there anywhere in documentation that clearly delineates what I need to give staff access to in the security module (ie - what system tables for Plans and Portfolios, or Pricing. what radio buttons etc in all the environments to do we need to select). It's really rather confusing to know exactly what I need to give access to so my staff can use this new functionality. I would also recommend for future releases that a "this is what your IT staff needs to do to give users access to functionality" to make these transitions easier.

If you reference the Table of Security Objects in the v12 Help System, "v12" is noted in parentheses for the new objects in the description field. I found that very helpful as a guide for mapping new user permissions.
