Hello,
As we are planning and preparing for the V12 and V12.5 upgrades we are wondering if there is any further information about the requirements for the Touchscreens for the Quick Sale feature?
It would be helpful as we have to determine the financial impact of pursuing this option for our front line users. We are wondering what the minimum requirements are and if there are specific models that are recommended?
Thanks for any information!
Amy
We’re using NCR registers for our POS. No issues with the touch screens on those.

Since this post.
Has anyone found any particular touch screens that have worked really well, or not so well with QuickSale?

Thanks for the QuickSale questions. We are not in the position of recommending any particular models of touchscreen. We have tested with several different standard Windows 7 and Windows 8 machines with touchscreens installed and have had no problems so we anticipate any such hardware to be fine. We are still designing screens for 1024x768 resolution, but most that we test on have higher resolutions and also work fine.
