We have an odd issue with a member account . Contribution was processed and appears in the Contributions tab of the member's account.. Membership appears in the the History tab of the member's account and is active. But for some reason, the membership information is not appearing on the member's account header. Any advice on how to fix this issue would be appreciated.
Hello Vannesa! This is Margaret with Tessitura Network Support. I can see from our records that you also created a Support ticket for this matter. We discovered that the membership was created on an individual record, not on the household. Later, that individual was added to the household, but the membership remained on the Individual. You can move the membership to the household by using the "Move Transactions to Household" feature found in the constituent menu.
