I am Chris from BkM in NYC, and we are currently onboarding on V16! Exciting.
I am wondering if any attraction based orgs with timed ticketed shows separate from General Admission offer untimed tickets for their members? What is your structure like? Do you have a price zone for untimed? Do you have separate performances/productions just for members? How does the reporting go for you? Happy with it?
Alternatively, if you offer timed tickets for your members, what does that look like? Do you reserve tickets for them? Upsell opportunities you find helpful? Are they upset?

Hi, Chris. We've had timed tickets for GA and exhibitions for the past three years and have had zero complaints from members or the public. Tickets are available for booking online, by phone and in person (admission desks and kiosks).
