New discounted membership levels not getting ticket access

Good morning!

We have discounted member tickets that require a membership (obviously) to access. I added a discounted membership option to our organization for a membership push we have ongoing. This is applying a membership and giving the users a constituency correctly. However, they are not being switched to the Member Web mode of sale to be able to access the member tickets early like they should be able to.

I'm sure it's something simple, but I have been so far unable to figure out how to make that available to people who got the discounted memberships.

  • The mode of sale shift is triggered by customer rank value, and automated ranking updates for your memberships are likely tied to member constituencies. Did you reuse a previous constituency for the new membership, or create a new constituency? You may need to look at the ranking process and add any new constituencies to the procedure.
