Good afternoon! I came to work at a theatre company 5 months ago to oversee individual giving and have discovered recently large numbers of membership inaccuracies in Tess. I am trying to go through and make manual adjustments to membership through the history-memberships tab. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble linking this membership to the related contributions. My operations manager sent me the link to a Tess training about memberships, but it was all on the backend when processing a gift rather than after the fact. Does anyone here happen to know how to link a contribution to a membership manually after the gift has been processed? My thanks in advance for any help and guidance you can provide!
