We have been moving to paperless as much as we can (tickets, membership cards, etc.), but the one thing we're struggling with is figuring out a paperless system for drink tickets, a benefit of membership. Our concessions POS system doesn't talk to our ticketing system and we also can't ask the concessions workers to take down Tess IDs amid the pre-show/intermission chaos. So how can we do something paperless and track members who use this benefit? Would love to know if any of you have a system that is working well! Any and all thoughts and ideas are welcome. Thanks!
