Hello all,
We're reconfiguring our Family-level benefits and are interested in adding a third adult to the membership (a caregiver or nanny, for example). Has anyone made this work in Tessitura, despite the limits of A1/A2 affiliates on a household record? If so, I'd love to learn how you configure those family household records and format membership cards.

Hey Alycia!
At the museum we would add them as an alias and then print a special Nanny/PCA card just for them (with their name on it) and they can only use it when they are with the person in their care. It worked pretty well. Here at the zoo we use an attribute for nannies then type in the name, but since there is typically a lot more variability in who is a PCA, "*PCA" is used on the actual membership card after the A1and A2 names.Jenny
