Recently I came across an odd issue that apparently has happened few times but we never find a solution to it. And I'm hoping someone has a suggestion about it!
We have two types of membership, they belong to different Organizations, one is for young creatives (EAM with rank 3), and the other type is for customers (we call it INT with rank above 10). The first one is used in our Studios and the second one is to have benefits for prior bookings etc.
Having one doesn't exclude having the other, though and EAM is only for young people.
Now the problem is when someone has both memberships and connects to our website. The EAM should allow to do studios bookings, but since they have as well an INT it overtakes the rank and the studio bookings are not available as the customer gets a too high rank.
Is there a way to have both ranks or a way for Tessitura to view the can access both benefits? We can use the EAM to have a higher rank otherwise it will get also the benefits of the other memberships. or am I wrong?
Has anyone had a similar scenario and found a solution for this? The only solution so far we can only ask customers to create a second account where to put one of the memberships.
