I was curious to hear any success stories, or set backs, concerning reservation/timed tickets for members. Always, until the pandemic, our members have had priority admission into our exhibitions. I know that other institutions are doing reserved timed entry for members so just wanted to get some feedback on how that is going. We have only created early entry hours for members where they could visit before we open up to the public, but now we are beginning to maybe consider a timed admission for members. I already know there is a lot of behind scenes work of making it happen, so any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks!
