We are reworking levels and benefits and trying to figure out the best way to move our current members into the new program. The new levels have fewer/different entitlements than the current (including fewer admissions) and we'd like to explore our options for how to honor the original benefits in the best way possible till they renew at the new levels.
Has anyone done this and would be willing to talk?

Yes, we did implement updates to our levels and benefits in March.
We left people in the levels that we are inactivating and made the benefits (managed through entitlements) of those levels match the new ones so that their experience at that level is the same till it's time to renew. It'll take a year for everyone to cycle out of the old levels and into the new. It's working well so far!
