Hello!
I would like to give gift membership givers the opportunity to renew the gift membership for the recipient. Does anyone have a way to pull a list/extraction of expiring gift memberships that includes the gift givers information as well? We currently only signify a gift membership through the creditee type, but are considering using a designation for more notation and easier tracking as well. Also open to hearing how others track gift memberships!

We use membership as product which I know is a whole different world but do the memberships themselves have a Benefactor? We use the benefactor field to determine which memberships are gifts and can run lists looking for memberships that expire in a set range and have a benefactor. We also have outputs that use that benefactor field to output the givers contact info.

This is super helpful, thank you! I am new to Tessitura this year and the Benefactor field hadn't occurred to me before. Thank you for pointing that out - I think I should be able to find the lists I'm looking for now and can look into setting up a new output set.
