Contributions payments put on account through TNEW for some reason are not being shown in the Contribution Acknowledgment Utility report. The contribution transaction is shown on the constituant record but not in the report. Has anyone run into this same issue?
On Account-style contributions in TNEW do not create actual contributions in Tessitura. It is up to you implement a "backend" process to create an actual contribution transaction for the constituent using the on-account money. Until then, these are only payment records. Typically you want to have your contribution pages create a CSI so that you can track the fund and/or membership level that is chosen by the TNEW user; otherwise that information is partially lost.
