We're stumped!
Has anyone been able to pull a chart or report showing active memberships on a given month? Analytics looks at live data, but we can't seem to get historical data. The reports don't seem to have what we're looking for either...

Hi Michael,
In Analytics, a combination of Membership Initiation Date and Membership Expiration Date filters can isolate memberships that were active within a time period. For example, if you're interested in filtering a dashboard to memberships that were active in August, filter on Expiration Date >= August 1, and filter on Initiation Date <= August 31.
