Hi everyone,
The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra is currently using ticket stock to print all of our tickets and subscriptions and, up until this year, we have given patrons ticket books with all of their tickets for the season that they can tear out and bring with them. We've noticed that subscribers will make exchanges throughout the year, which results in a lot of wasted paper. With the current pandemic, we're trying especially hard to eliminate any excess contact for the safety of our patrons and staff. We're currently researching membership cards as a replacement for each individual ticket in a subscription, but fear that we would face difficulties if/when we had to exchange tickets. Does anyone have any experience with this, any ideas of what programs or companies to look for, or any tips? It'd be much appreciated!
Thank you,
Colin Brooks

Hi Colin,
As you noted, there would be significant complexity doing this, particularly around exchanges. Right now, this is probably not something that is feasible due to those complexities and others. I've made a note of the request to consider this for the future.
