What is your Covid19 member messaging? How have you decided to approach the pause with members?

Hello, All-

I'm curious what communication you have sent to your members. Delays, membership extensions, etc? We are a performing arts facility; so, unlike a museum, our membership benefits don't include access to a facility. Any other performing arts facilities willing to share their decisions and messaging?

Thanks!

  • Rya, great question.

I work at the Eisemann Center in Richardson, Dallas,Texas and from what I know- we haven't sent anything to our members, other than the cancellation of all performances through April 30 with standard verbiage provided from CDC. In order to build or deepen the relationship with members, I think it would be appropriate to briefly update them on how the organization is doing in regards to facility, staffing, rescheduling events, ect.

I have been given the task of working on messaging for the new season, and your question really resonated with me!
