We have a single Membership structure in our primary Individual Giving Campaign. We have quite a few donors who give to a few of the funds therein at different times eg:
We were wondering how other organisations set up their "Renewals" for the Pieces of that Gift at the right time. Typically we'd use the Membership Expiry date but we of course don't want to hit them up for $12k in January.

Hi Heath, we run triggered emails as renewal notices via Wordfly based on lists.
Using your example above, we would set up dynamic lists capturing the different funds above. We would then craft a renewal notice with appropriate data/merge fields to pull these specific contributions above. We then set the renewal notice to run every month, capturing those who made a contribution last year. They would then receive a notice with the following data: (apologies for the brevity)Dear <Heath>Thank you for your <$2000> donation to our <Education Fund> last year.We hope you renew your donation this month. Please find all the information about how your contribution helped us over the past year (link to content).Thank you for your continued support.Renew your donation (link to contribution pathway).
