I'm setting up a dynamic list for triggered "thank you" membership emails. I can't see the right criteria for segmentation of "new" and "renewed". If you use triggered emails for this, I would love to see your list criteria! Thanks!
We currently send out triggered Welcome and Thank You emails daily and use the NRR Status. I have attached some screenshots of our list criteria, hope this helps!
