We are currently attempting to adjust our memberships to end on the last day of the month. I have checked the box "Always expire at the end of the month" and it is not working. Has anyone else come across this issue? These membership levels have previously been set up. Membership levels are still expiring exactly one year after inception.

Did you check expire at the end of the month on each level? (I'm sure that seems like a dumb question, but I've forgotten to do that before). Also, what do you have your Initiation dates set up as?
Yes, I have expire at end of month on each level. Initiation is "today" (day gift is entered)
