My name is Dan, Ticketing Manager for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. We are new to Tessitura and we are exploring different options. We would love to introduce a student membership for our Philharmonics, Pops, and Sunday Matinee performances.
How would I go about setting this up in Tessitura? Also we would want to allow students to purchase these memberships online through Tnew.
How do you handle the financial reporting of these memberships?
We would only want to seat students a day or two before the concert as we need to give our subscribers and full paying customers first opportunity at the best seats. What would be some best practices for this?
Any help from experienced professionals is greatly appreciated.
