I was hoping to hear your feedback regarding the different ways that your organization(s) track board member terms and hear what has worked best from your experiences.
1. Do you use a constituency to do this?
2. Do you create a membership in the membership tab for the duration of their term?
3. How do you track your board members in Tess?

Hi Vanessa,
We use an Affiliation - we used to use Constituency (because of the start and end dates) but we had a previous board member return for another term. It is not possible for a person to have two Constituency records of the same type (regardless of the date ranges involved) but a person can have two Affiliations of the same type to the same organisation.
