We need to re-vamp our memberships to be more intuitive and accessible to constituents. Currently, if you buy a membership, you get 5 free tickets to any show, 20% off any additional tickets, and priority seating. Since we switched to Tess, we've been using memberships through contributions, but it really never worked well for us. We want to be able to sell memberships online, and have a better way for the comps to be redeemed. We at least have Pricing Rules in place to give the 20% off additional tickets.
Does anyone have a good process for something like this? I know there's a new way to sell memberships as a product and would love to hear accounts of how this is going. We're also open to doing it through flex subscriptions, but we have no subscription experience (we don't do them) and are feeling a bit lost. We'd love any suggestions or stories about how other theatres handle memberships, particularly if you do them online!
