Rolling Renewals for Low-Level Giving

We are rolling out a Friends Level giving program at Manhattan Theatre Club, and am looking on information on best practices with rolling renewals.

What do you do for rolling renewals? How are they set up in your Tessitura? What is your primary source of communications in regards to these renewals? Email? Letter? Phone calls?

Any and all additional information that you would be able to share with me would be very much appreciated.
