Is anyone using TNEW in conjunction with memberships? Specifically dealing with members logging in to TNEW so they can receive discounted event tickets? I am baffled by the multitude of issues we are experiencing and would love to pick someone's brain other than support. Thanks!
Yes, we are. Yes, it's a nightmare. And no, Tessitura has not been able to find solutions to many of the issues we have had. But what specifically are you struggling with? We've been able to scrap together a system that is clunky but basically works.

To help guide members in the right direction (log in first, then see your member discount!) we've added a banner to all of our ticketing pages: secure.walkerart.org/6829Our system administrator found a way to make this banner conditional, so it disappears once you log in or add a membership to your cart. It's sounds like a little thing, but with TNEW this is a big win for us!
