produce eList with multiple active email address + exclude relationships with inactive email address

Hi!

Looking for some help in how to export an list of current members who have an active email address (multiple), which does not include any relationship inactive email addresses.

I've tried a number of criteria variations but results continue to produce lists that either include both active and inactive email address, or does not include either.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
