We went live on Tessitura in April and we're using Wordfly for all the Membership Renewal emails.
It's our plan that, moving forward we'd like these emails to be triggered/automated as Members reach their expiry date.
Does anyone have any experience setting this up?

HI Holly,
If you set up a dynamic list using the Membership Exp Date with relative dates you should be able to use this as your Wordfly Triggered set. That being said I'm thinking you'd schedule that Expiry list in wordfly once a week (or whatever) rather than triggered from Tess as the Memberships ends.

I'm working on integrating a dynamic list from Tessitura based on relative dates to feed a Triggered campaign in Wordfly that I can schedule once a month (actually, I'm creating several but they all have the same basic function.) I'm wondering what your progress has been since you created this post and if you want to connect by phone or by email to discuss this further. So far, I feel 90% confident that I have built my list properly based on Membership Exp Date (both a <= BRunMonths+3 AND a >=BRuMonths+2 to capture expiry month after next, for example) but would love to hear more about how this has all been going for you.
