Wondering if anyone noticed this behavior.
1) Your membership rules state the Exp Date is always the End of the Month
2) Renewing members appear to have the correct exp date in their records
3) When printing Acknowledgements exp date for WEB gifts ONLY - show the First of the Month in the exp date column. Any other membership entered by a human works as expected.
This date error happens for Renew and New alike which to me makes it stranger -- a renewal should just be the rolling exp date to the next year where New a whole new record.
I also checked the Audit Trail and it is not like Tessitura is creating the First of the Month exp date record and then updating it. The bad exp date exists only in the Acknowledgment file and the gremlins that did it?
