Hey guys,
We've been noticing that some of our acknowledgements are not being pulled on the report we receive from the acknowledgement utility. When we go into the donor's record we see the acknowledgment as well as the acknowledgement number and print date. Is anyone experiencing this issue or have they experienced this issue? I'm happy to take this to TASK, but I'd like to see if this is a common occurrence or if there are any fixes out there.

Could it be that the acknowledgements being omitted were made via the web - or being manually added to an Order?
Contributions made this way can sometimes act up as they're not "true" contributions - they can't be accessed via the Contributions module.
