Hello, all!
We're currently in the process of reviewing how we track member acquisition and renewal cycles, and was curious if anyone had any 'best practices' to glean this type of data. We have shifted our membership structure quite a bit over the past few years and we can no longer rely on the NRR status to tell the full story of one's membership, or more importantly, financial projections.
Currently, we track this based on the actual money we have received within each fund. To note, we count multiple levels of membership within each fund. We use a (Excel) tracker that reviews the previous year's data and projects where we would land if we performed as we have in past years.
It's as confusing as it sounds, and we are trying to find a new and improved method. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the matter. Thank you!
