It appears that when we add new notes to an existing membership (more often with soft credits), the new message disappears when you save and close the membership. Sometimes on new memberships, the note will disappear, but that hasn't been as common. Primarily it is happening with an added note, while applying a soft credit to the membership. This behavior started a couple weeks ago. We haven't done any upgrades or changes to Tessitura since our upgrade to 12.5.1 quite a few months ago. We did check in our test environment and the same behavior is happening there (even though that database information is a few months old).
In any respect, have any of you noticed this behavior?
