No fees for Members online

Hello,

As part of our Membership benefits our members are not charged our Transaction Fee. We do this online buy changing the MOS but this only works if the member logs in before they add something to their basket. And although we message this heavily to them, some login later in the Purchase Path journey.

Has anyone found another way of taking the fee off for specific customers?

Thanks,

Kelly

  • Hello.

Did any of you solve this? We have changed our setup this season, having only two price types a standard and a youth, and then adding any additional discounting using pricing rules. Our subscribers does also, as yours, get the benefit of not paying a fee, and I am sure that when were testing out the setup the MOS would automatically change upon login, regardsless of the user adding items to the basket before or after login. But now for some reason this does not happen, and I am unsure what is broken. Anyways it should be possible to change MOS if the price types in the basket is the same as the ones in the new mos (with no fees attached). So did you solve the problem and do you no which apicall to use? we are not on TNEW.

    Thanks
