As part of our Membership benefits our members are not charged our Transaction Fee. We do this online buy changing the MOS but this only works if the member logs in before they add something to their basket. And although we message this heavily to them, some login later in the Purchase Path journey.
Has anyone found another way of taking the fee off for specific customers?

This is how we take fees off for members as well -- rank-based Mode of Sale shifts. Would be interested to hear if anyone else does it differently with TNEW, or better yet if anyone has found clever ways to message "members must login" at the time of purchase in TNEW. We have some trouble reminding members to log in to get their benefits as well.
