Email Notification of Membership Purchase?

We recently started a new membership program and want to send a personal thank you email to each new member within 24 hours of their purchase.

While a purchased membership triggers an acknowledgement letter and I can run the Print Acknowledgements utility, I would prefer to be notified whenever a purchase of this particular membership goes through - that way I see the new members in real time and can send an email to them immediately.

Does anyone know of a ping, notification, or scheduled report that can be used for this purpose?

    We have a dynamic list that pulls by Membership Level and Membership Initiation Date every 24 hours (see attached image for criteria). We have ours linked to a Dynamic Email in Wordfly so that all new members get a welcome email within 24 hours of becoming a member with no manual work on our part.

    But if you're not using Wordfly or would just like to be able to see all these members as they come in for some other reason, you can schedule the "New Membership" Report to run and send to your email every day.
