Our museum shop uses Counterpoint for sales and inventory management. We are migrating from Raiser's Edge to Tessitura and need a utility that will upload constituent details (for members) to Counterpoint. RE provided this utility and we need to replace it. Is anyone working with Counterpoint and solved this or a similar data upload? Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Both Counterpoint and Tessitura are SQL databases. If you want something automatic, you will probably have to get a DBA to write it. In the mean time, you can manually import into Counterpoint by using the output sets in Tessitura to get the information you need to import into CP.
