Please could anyone let me know if they are using Google Apps as a form of intranet?
We are migrating in September and need to determine exactly when to share files on an individual basis, whether to use file links, or whether to have a shared drive/document pool.
Any experiences over the migration or integration with Tessitura / importing of Tessitura data would be very helpful/interesting.

We're using it at the moment for our ticket form, so when users submit event information (specifically ticketing) I can then refer to a google spreadsheet and input the data into tessitura.
It works pretty well!

Thanks for your reply, we've also started collecting setup information for ticketing setup through a Google Form whilst we have had Apps in a 'test' environment. It has worked brilliantly for us and for other departments in the organisation. The only difficulty we've had with that so far is reformatting any information we receive - though perhaps we are simply working with smallish monitors (17inch).
