I'm having problems with a list - caused by transactions in LT_TKT_HIST split between households and their individual affiliates. What I want is a list of constituents that have seen Show A in 2012 but has no ticket history in previous seasons. My example is a household (Mr and Mrs J Doe household) that has 2 affiliates John Doe and Jane Doe.
Doe Household as previous ticket history but no Show A - so is excluded
Jane Joe has shown A but also ticket history - so is excluded
John Doe has show A but no previous ticket history - and so is included
The problem is I want all three to be excluded because as a household, between them they don't fit my requirements. I have tried many combinations of Not In/Does Not Have and with the Search Household tick box checked but whatever I try, I can't seem to exclude John Doe from the list. Does anyone know how to achieve this? All replies gratefully received!

I would make a list in List Manager (that you will use as criteria in the extraction) of those people and then check the box Replace with HH if one exists. So only the Doe Household will be added as John is added.
Then in your extraction use the list as criteria as an exclusion and in the relationship tab for Individuals add the Adult Affiliation type. This means the HH and the affiliates are now excluded.
It should work for the example you have given. I would also use the Search HH checkbox on your Ticket history criteria in the original list so that the individual is assessed in conjunction with the HH data as well.
Hope that helps!

The problem is that we need it to work in List Manager rather than Extractions so that we can use the list for scheduled campaigns in Mail2.
Is this possible?
