We are looking at using keywords and genre in both lists and Tstats and we are wondering how/if other venues are using this?
The questions we want to answer are:
How many people have attended a particular genre of performance (probably by season but could be between certain dates or just generally)
What are the people attending a particular genre of performance also attending genre wise?
We have started to look at setting up keywords in lists however we have run into a stumbling block as they are needing to be set up at Title level in production elements however we want it to pull from Productions season level where the genre/keyword will be more specifically link to the performance.
Has anyone attempted this or anyone using this information for analysis. We are doing some analysis at Production level but also want to be able to look at this at a more general level by using the genre option.
We are attending the conference so it would be great to catch up with anyone using this when we are in San Francisco.

Hi Nicola,
We apply our Genre's to each performance individually and are able to report on it in TStats successfully.
We also have a report that we can run that based on a particular show or Production Season will show you which other shows those customers have attended.
