Hi all,
I'm wondering whether any of you at the various symphonies were involved with the massive churn study that was done a few years ago. I saw some slides from it recently and am intrigued by the question that asked people to define their relationship to the institution. Would anyone be willing to share how that question was asked and what options people were given?
