I'm doing some very basic output sets including customer names and addresses and getting hundreds of names in the final excel output that are not on my List Manager list. Does anyone have any thoughts as to how this is happening? I've double-checked everything I can think of ...

Is your list dynamic? Could you have changed the criteria along the way (but not regenerated), so it's been regenerated when you ran the output set?
My list was originally saved from an extraction set. I somewhat figured out the problem. My extraction set had multiple suppressions based upon address information (street address and SCF). When I saved my extraction to list manager and viewed contents, all looked correct. However, the "total no of records" on the list contents screen was much higher than the list "total". So, somehow the names weren't appearing in the list contents but were then there after I ran the output. I discovered all of the extra names had no primary address flag and came in from our old database. I was able to fix the issue by going back to my extraction set and adding "Primary Address Flag" has "Yes" to each inclusion segment.
