We've been running feedback surveys within post-show emails for several months now and are getting ready to do a bit of a review about response rates.
We'd love to learn who else is doing this sort of audience follow up, with the particular goal of estimating some sort of general benchmarks for participation--% opens, % click throughs, % completed surveys, and a general 'higher/lower' summary of how it compares to "normal" opens and click throughs.
If any of you have statistics that you'd be willing to share, please reply to this message or email me directly at jobrien@new42.org. I will circulate the collected numbers back to all who contribute so you can take advantage of the collaboration, too.
